• Only covered pavilion is reserved. The rest of the park is first come, first serve.

• Refund Policy - refunds for rentals will only be processed for a period up to ten (10) days prior to event date. May take up to thirty (30) days to process refund.

• Alcohol is permitted with a permit ONLY if the alcohol is provided by City approved caterer.

• Electricity is available at this pavilion; however, due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not guarantee that electricity will be available. There will be no refunds due to lack of electricity. Electricity will turn off if electrical circuit is overloaded.

• No kitchen facility available at this pavilion.

• No grill available at this pavilion; you're welcome to bring your own.

• No glass containers permitted.

• No tape, staples, or nails to put up decorations using this pavilion.

• No chalk writing on the facility or premises.

• Bad Weather – may reschedule within 30 days of original date for new date within a year. No refunds on account of bad weather.

• Not responsible for pest control (gnats, flies, mosquitoes, etc.).
